When you use our quote request form or contact us by email or phone, we may collect: your name, company name, email address, phone number, and the shipment details you provide (origin, destination, cargo type, volume). We do not collect payment or financial account information through this website.
We use the information you provide solely to respond to your quote request, communicate with you about a potential or existing transport service, and maintain our business records. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
Our website uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use our site, but only after you provide explicit consent via our cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and no data is sent to Google. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site.

Wanneer u ons offerteformulier gebruikt of per e-mail of telefoon contact opneemt, kunnen wij het volgende verzamelen: uw naam, bedrijfsnaam, e-mailadres, telefoonnummer en de door u verstrekte zendingsgegevens (herkomst, bestemming, ladingtype, volume). Wij verzamelen via deze website geen betalings- of financiële gegevens.
Wij gebruiken de door u verstrekte gegevens uitsluitend om te reageren op uw offerteaanvraag, met u te communiceren over een mogelijke of bestaande transportdienst, en onze bedrijfsadministratie bij te houden. Wij verkopen of verhuren uw persoonsgegevens niet aan derden.
